comcast vs dish net work vs direct tv?

Ok I am going to be getting an apartment soon and want my bills to cheap. I really don't care what cable company I have. All I care about is that the movies don't repeat them selves allot, I can get HBO,Internet is cheap and fast. I like to know is true if cable company's offer cheap deals to get you to sign a contract then razes your monthly bill. LIke you start out paying $150 a month and in a year you end up paying $250 because they end up razing your bill. I cant afford for that to happen to me which on do you think has the best prices, wouldn't raiz your bill every month, who changes up their movies the most and best bang for their buck... Take in mind I want to have HBO and INternet
