Comcast or ATT high speed internet for PS3 gaming?

Ok so me and my girl just got a new appartment together. We DO NOT own a computer but i have my PS3 and i want internet for it so i can get some gaming in. But my question is... Which internet is better for gaming on PS3 the Xfinity from Comcast or the high speed internet from ATT? And how would the hook up my internet if i do not have a computer to plug it into? Would it just go from the wall to the modem to my PS3?? please help thanks
