Combining M4A + image (making it become a still video) to make a full video, audio MP4..

...file? Basically, the audio will play, but I want the image to just be there for the whole video part. I am trying to make an MP4 file I can upload to YouTube. I have audio content that I want to combine with an image to make a YouTube-compatible video.

(YouTube does not seem to accept audio-only MP4s, or M4As.)
