I hate seeing doctors, and I'm pretty sure it's nothing but I've just been feeling progressively run down the last... probably year to year and a half and in that time I've begun getting what I guess are migraines once every month or every couple of months.
The migraines start as a head ache which begins to throb and I've found if I take some panadol and lie down in a dark room I sleep for about four hours and wake up fine, but if I don't I lose my peripheral vision, it sort of becomes pretty blurry or pixelated around the edges or sometimes I see some white or black spots in the middle of my vision, and my fingers and toes get tingly until I get to dis-orientated and I fall asleep wherever I am (toilet floor, work) this happened once at work and it freaked my manger, I told her I went to my doctor and I was just over tired but I didn't... I just seem to be lacking energy, I've always been healthy and fit and now I want to stay in bed all day, I can sleep up to fourteen hours straight and still be tired after an hour of getting up, and its completely messing with my uni grades.
I'm just worried if I go to a doctor it'll sound like I'm some sort of hypochondriac, or he'll do some tests and nothing will be wrong and I'll feel like an idiot.
I mean... I haven't had so much as a common cold since I was fifteen... what do you think? Maybe a change of diet will give me a boost, should I try and cut back on sleep?
