how do you make a picture or part of a picture continually change colors?
i've seen it done before, and i have no idea how to do it
like if you have a picture of a person with a flower in their hair, and the picture is in black and white, but the flower changes from red to orange to yellow to green, etc.
how can i do this to my photos?
