College with fashion design, photography and general arts available?

I'm interested in fashion design as a major, but also minors in photography and general arts as minors. I already know of the art institutes all across the United States that offer fashion design. But I'm trying to find a college with all three courses available, if any. Preferably in the surrounding states of Kentcuky...But if any at all, I'd be happy.
