A child is at 18 and the mother sues us for 12,000 to go to a state university. This is tuition room and board and a 2,500 computer plus a 500 office depot visit? Just randomly stupid charges are we liable?
As a side note, Yes this lady is a gold digger. The male never hired an attorney with they divorce preceedings. The total family income is around 80,000 that's a family of five with his now wife. His ex wife (gold digger) has one son and went to a private school that was paid by the father all his life an his medical bills and insurance.
He's 18 years old and hasn't lived with father for a long time. Also he had a dorm room bit only stayed in it for the first two months. Than stayed with his mom.
