College student trying to eat healthy?

I was super in a rush today for work in the morning so I missed my jelly whole grain sandwich + scrambled eggs + milk. I had chocolate pudding instead in the car.

I had a lean pocket for lunch, yogurt + fruit, and a chocolate cookie.

For a snack I plan to have watermelons, strawberries, and cherries.

For dinner I plan to have brown rice + soy sauce, red potatoes + chives, and steamed broccoli, beans, and carrots. I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm 5"1 and 100lb. Just trying to save $.
