I'm about to be a sophomore in college, and I was just notified that the girl I was going to room with this year "cancelled her room reservation" and I'm assigned with someone I've never met. I hadn't talked to my friend all summer, but she never told me she was leaving or that she was changing rooms. If she cancelled her room reservation is she probably not coming back to the school at all or did she just change rooms? She wasn't super happy there last semester but she seemed intent on coming back. I'm just nervous now because I didn't get along with the girl I was anonymously paired with my freshman year.
