in college if you already completed your basics requirements like, math for example ( all the way till calculus level) do you have to retake it all over again if you were to switch majors?
i'm a community college student planning to transfer with my associates. my question is in the associate degree there are already basic requirements such as calculus 1,2,3,4, and physics, chemistry, social science& humanities. since i will be completing all these basic requuirements, when i trasnfer to a university, do i have to reatake all these again, ( if i were to change a major/program of study) or just complete the required electives for that specific major??????????
