college, i seem to be slipping, fast?

I have attended college for two years know, at first i was majoring in graphic design, but became board with it. I know find myself slipping and getting a 1.75 gpa, i know i can do better, but i cant seem to motivate myself enough to do so. How can i motivate myself?
