Without playing in high school, is it possible to make the football team in colleges like U.T Texas as a freshman by making the team on tryout day.

I believe I got the hands, the vertical, and the agility to be a good receiver but my High school doesnt hav a football team and I doubt i will be able to go to another highschool

It's ridiculously unlikely but it's not impossible.

Honestly though it would be so insanely hard there are so many things that you haven't learned, so much experience that you don't have. It'd be crazy you'd basically have to be the one of the most naturally gifted people in the country, to be able to play on such a high profile team without actually playing on a team beforehand.

Just playing any position it takes awhile, years to get acclimated and learning and applying those things. I've been playing football since I was 10 and I'm 18 going into college and I still feel like there's tons of stuff I can improve on.

And I'm not saying don't try just don't get your hopes up too high but by all means go ahead and if you did manage to get on the team, good for you. But the rewards out way the risks so try it.

of course man, just have speed/hands.

dont forget what i tell you

you can do anything, dont ever quit.
