My school's financial aid office is so far behind on processing loans, grants, etc., that they're telling me my loan request for this August won't be processed until December. I have another grant that I was awarded, (FL Student Assistance Grant) and it's still in pending status and school already started. Is there anyone I can contact to report the school not processing the student's grants and loans in a timely manner? They're severely understaffed, you can't even call anyone on the phone, you have to visit the school and wait in line for line 4/5 hours. I want to report this travesty. Not getting all my financial aid has caused a financial hardship for me.
