Hello everyone 
I'm 17, Australian, and I really want to go to Royal Holloway College in Surrey in 2011.
By the start of college in September 2011 I will have a British passport and will have been in the UK, working, for over a year.
Will I have to pay overseas student fees (which are thrice the normal fees) or am I counted as a normal student?
