I'm doing a level 3 college course (BTEC). I get it free because I have not previously done a level 2 or 3 course. However, I will have to enrol again for next year - it is a 2 year course. If I do one or more short courses in between (it will be at a different college. The college I'm at now does not do the courses or anything similar) at level 3 I will have to pay for the second year, which I can not afford (it is really expensive).
The course is two years solid - I don't get to take a year off. It's all in one. And the short courses are one day a week each over five weeks during the summer holidays and I don't have work from my main BTEC course so I have no worry of too much work or anything.
I also can't find any jobs right now, but even if I did it would not be enough to pay for the course.
So is there anything I can do so that I won't have to pay? I really want to be able to do the short courses.
UK Only!
Thanks
