Cold.

I'm freezing. It doesn't matter how high I turn on the heat or how many blankets I have, two sweaters and two pairs of socks and sweat pants...I've been cold, freezing cold, for about a week. Everyone else is fine, but I'm freezing.

Rub CL together with another stick and make a fire. Don't eat ice cream, and close the windows. Eat stew, and drink hot chocolate.

Have you taken your temperature? Is it just in your head?

Do that and report back.

if your cold never take a shot, shots lower your core body temperature putting you in danger of hypothermia.

you don't know why your cold...well it could be becasue your from fucking oregon, which is, what 3 degrees in the summer? other than that maybe your temperature is high so go to a doctor

I have super bad circulation and because of it, I tend to stay freezing all the time. If Im in air conditioning...Im frozen. I usuallyhave to soak my hands and feet in hot water to warm up. The only thing I knwo to do to improve it is I try to get regular cardio workouts. It helps....but not alot.

Well definitely get your thyroid checked but other than that Adrenalyn is right, it could be your circulation. Massage therapy and acupuncture can do wonders. And for all of you who think acupuncture is alternative weird shit, it is backed by the AMA, American Medical Association. So:tongue:

It could be my thyroid I know most people on my dad's side of the family have a thyroid problem...a few years back my aunt was in the hospital because she passed out and it was malnutrition...she's about 5'9 and 300 pounds, but she almost never eats, she eats like a bird, she has a thyroid problem and so does my grandma. I guess our thyroids do not produce enough metabolic hormones.

PS: Also when I was prego with Hunter, I had to spend a few nights in the hospital because of malnutrition because everything I ate pretty much came back up and I wasn't really ever hungry anyways and the doctor said it was probably a thyroid problem so the likelihood of me having a thyroid problem now as I near my 30's is pretty good since a woman's body begins latent hormonal changes about this age.

Good luck! I know that the proper medication can fix the symptoms and make you lose weight. They'll probably have you do a 24hr. urine analysis. Ugh. What a fucking pain in the ass.

i fucking hate being cold too. i'm at work and all i want is a pair of socks for my poor toes.
i hope you warm up soon dg :)
