:angel::angel:hi i'm a newbie, i have been daignossed with cold urticaria , i have the symptoms, my ? is, i also react to heat and cold, my whole boby goes nuts. i react internally as well , in the summer i reacted in the grocery store in the veggir isle. now i'm just swelling up in the house without even going out. my haed feels in the clouds, headache , tired. my lips, tongue swell fot no reason . what am i to do, people look at mr very strange. please help me,:confused: please inform me of ? i have had outbreake since i was i kid, but no one ever thougt of this deasese my stomach is acting up and swollen. what do i do wishhelp me i;m swelling from the inside out thanks to anyone that can help:(
 
I think you should learn about NAET which is an abbreviation for Nambudripad's allergy elimination technique. I have been doing this for several months and it has helped me and I think it could help you.
