Cold Hands

Right im not really sure if this belongs on another board as realistically i dont actually know the problem.

Ive noticed that i nearly always have cold hands, particularly in the fingers generally getting colder towards the tips. The only times theyre warm is when i have actually done something like had a shower or maybe had them on the radiator. Gloves dont really seem to do much ether.

I wondered if this is likely to be something like circulation problems? Im a musician playing drums and piano for at least an hour every day (obviously very intense on the hands); is this likely to effect it?

Let me know if you need anymore details..
TIA

Ok, I'm a teenager with 123 over 77 blood pressure and i don't remember the last time i had my thyroids checked (if i have ever).

Im almost certain its not Raynaud's. I don't suffer from it when i touch something cold and my hands/fingers never change colour even when very cold. It also doesn't tend to come sporadically, it's just generally always there. My hands are just constantly chilled..

Any ideas?
