not sure about b 12 deficiency, but i don't see it listed as a symptom. you say your feet are getting cold, do they turn purple or white? are they painful? I have something called Raynauds disease, you may want to look that up, it involves feet and/or hands (sometimes other body parts) where your extremeties get extremely cold no matter what the outside temp.
