My brother-in-law is in hospice care. He's always cold even though it's hot outside or in his room. He has big boy problems...diabetes and his liver his shutting down because of drugs & beer. He's 57. Since he's on hospice, we want to keep him comfortable, without having a heat stroke. Any suggestions?
