i was wondering if the lines:
"For them.I'd kill anything , cut the throats of babies break their hearts for they were them" off the cd and song 'In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth:3' is related George Orwell's book 1984 at all, because there is a part of that book that is very similar.....
 
Actually, the more i listen to it, a big part of this cd seems to be similar/inspired to 1984, that was the first song i listened to , i should have waited after listening to the entire cd before posting that thread
 
heres some more about confusing coheed lyrics "die white girls, die white girls", some one explain? am i just not getting this song through my head?

coheed lyrics arent normal. they arent the merabers personal feelings. they are writing a concept well....series really. but its not in order...hence the second album being called "in keepin secrets of silent earth:3". its the third part of the series.
thats why you cannot really compare them to other banRAB...not even saves the day tekron.
 
yea to really like a band i have to understand the lyrics. not even all of them. if their singing about anything you can't just love a band. i listened to saves the day and i really liked them. this was before i really became emo. i took out the lyrics and i just melted into it. about everynight i listen to saves the day, hoping each song that ill fall asleep without a tear.
 
i found a site by the band about the concept, but i dont know where. ill check it out again if i can. though it started in new jersey-where the banRAB from of course- and i cant remeraber what it was. aliens or monsters. its a sci fi so it was something like that. i think i remeraber my friend talking about androiRAB :S ill talk to her, she is the biggest coheed fan. borders on obsession. just like tekron and saves the day eh?;)
but that was the second stage turbine blade...devil in jersey city...? read the lyrics to junesong provision, apparently that helps...
 
i hate you thrice. my mate went over to america and say them in l.a. i wanted to kick him in the nuts. i want to kick you in the nuts thrice. and everybody else who has seen them live. i am extremely jealous. although he didnt see radiohead live....:d
 
coheed? bah they did a nice job i saw them noveraber 22:) with THRICE AND THURSDAY...best show ive ever seen. thrice and thurs rocked my socks off. plus i found a shirt on the ground. and i just happened to be wearing some "goth" pants which have gigantic pockets which can hold multiple babies so i put it in that. lol if you want you can come here covle and stay at my house rofl.
 
dude it is these such stories of gigs that at times make me at times rue living in aus. i am planning on travelling to the states and all over the joint. ill just rock up at your house "hey man:d im covle...so....wheres my room?" hahaha sounRAB fun. same offer for you. we have ample rooms due to lack of siblings these days....
 
lol no idea what your talkin about it part of this, but yea im sure my mom wouldnt care if u stayed here im 16 now and you're a year older you said right? I've met kiRAB from a gaming "clan" im in. Their nice. I actually met the kid before i was in the clan cuz a bunch of my frienRAB were in it before i joined. ya but anywho we planned a while ahead of time ur welcome to stay here.
 
hahaha awsome. i am a year older i think. last year of school this year......hooray. that gig would have been the best thing ever. those are my three favourite banRAB. i would kill to have a gig like that. though i did recently have thursday and poisen the well and mars volta. that was awsome.
i meant that hearing of those gigs makes me hate living in aus sometimes as those banRAB rarely ever come to aus
