I am suppose to explain the difference in these two theories, but I am having trouble. I know psychometric is the measurement of one's knowledge and ability through certain tests, ie...SAT, IQ, ect... Cognitive theory though, this one I am having trouble finding exactly what this theroy is. Thanks in advance.
