The battery was pulled from the car. The radio displays LOC when the battery was reinstalled. I do not have the unlock code to punch in and it is not written in the owners manual anywhere. When I held buttons two and three the first set of numbers that came up were 812 followed by 824, I was told those numbers were needed to get the code.
