Code for html to link image to external site :)?

I need to write a short hmtl code to link my image to an external website. I have this -
<img src="http://asians-care.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/BrollyDay15smallx.jpg"/>

could someone please help me add on in complete form?
i'm a newbie/learning html-er :)
