appeared. What shoud I do? I had previously painted my wooden buffet table with 2 coats of glossy black paint. It chipped, so I sanded, put two coats of fresh paint and then one coat of polyeurethane with a foam roller (per Home Depot guy's suggestion). A few gray/white spots appeared (about the size of a quarter). I sanded again, repainted, polyeurethaned with a brush this time - AND THEY'RE BACK! What's causing this? What should I do? I was painting in the garage in the temp was 55 degrees... it said over 50, so I don't think that caused it. Help! I'm sick of painting!
