I help coach a fastpitch softball team of 14 and under girls. I'm still in my thirties so I'm not way out of touch. What style or what motivations help or helped you from a coach you have/had? I've seen the positive coach, the hot head, the teacher, the hands off... please give details, I feel a big responsibility and want to do my best to help these girls succeed.
I'm sure there are other "types" I didn't mention so don't limit it to those...
