I have one co-worker who daily talks about his ex-girlfriend who cheated on him and uses every profanity word in the book. He also makes comments about Obama and how much he is ruining the country. He says stuff like Obama is an f'ckin socialist, f'ckin liar, or his ex-girlfriend is a b*tch. He made a comment today about signing up to shoot evil people. The guy is filled with so much hate it's starting to creep me out. It's like he's constantly negative.
I've been thinking about going to HR and say something but I'm wondering if he would know it was me that complained. Going to the manager is not an option since they are buddies. I'm afraid the guy's personality has changed so much he might come to the office one day packed with a gun and start shooting.
Should I just ignore his hate comments or speak up?
