its hydrolic clutch master and salve the slave seems to move everytime but the master cyl pushrod or the pedal is sticking down

nope but it does it all the time so i am guessing the master cylinder the slave moved back and forth pretty good just something in the pedal area or master cyl is sticking
any ideas?
