Well I'm looking for a simple second hand bike and I came across this cute 1 thats a shopper bike, that is really comfortable and rides really nicely but the brakes aren't working- at another shop they sed they cud probably fix it for a 10pounds... do u reckon I should still buy it? And what else should I check for in a bike... i've never actually bought 1 myself.
