Clown Loach acting weird?

I have 5 Clown Loaches and one of them are acting really weird... its at the top of the tank with its nose out of them water all other fish is doing fine its just the one loach.
Anyone know whats going on?
it looks like he is having a really hard time getting up there and staying up there
 
Well my clown loach did that and he fell on his side all the time until he died
