clown fish swimming at bottom of tank on its side help !!?

i introduced two clown fish to my marine tank Just yesterday,my tank had Just finished cycling and water levels were normal, i Just done a small water change of 10liters from my 175liter tank since then one of my clown fish is acting strangely it is at the bottom of my tank behind rocks just sitting there hes bobbing to one side too my other clown fish is swimming around not leaving its side any ideas to what it could be or if i could do something to help ???

It might have swim bladder disease. My little fishy died from this :^(
I heard that you should feed them frozen peas, but I was too scared to do this.
He might be stessed out. That always happens when i get new fish. So maybe let him settle in!

when you changed the water, did you let them slowly acclimate? (like sitting in a bag of water floating in the water? the temperature might have been a rapid change if you didnt do that and it can hurt the fish
