Cloudy Fish Tank Help?

Hey
I have a 65 gallon fish tank and it is so cloudy right now and I just cant figure it out.
Nitrate level is below 0.3
ammonia is 0ppm
ph is a little over 7

Fish include:
1 Large Red Devil
1 Medium Convict cichlid
30 Small convict fry
1 medium yellow lab
1 large pleco

My tank is a little over stocked due to 30 convict cichlid babies( only 1 cm each) which are going to the pet store this week but i dont think that should affect it too bad...

I added B Clear 4 days ago and it did nothing to it.
I have never seen my tank this cloudy, it looks like i just poured sand in the tank.

Any suggestions or reasons to why this is happening and what i can do to solve it.

Note: My filter is running properly and was cleaned 4 days ago.

Any info is greatly appreciated
Justin: thanks for the advice but i dont want to add any more cleaning chemicals just in case it will be harmful mixing it with the b clear. Plus i live in a small town with not even a walmart or pet smart all i have is one small store

do a 25% water change this week
continue to use the B Clear (which i am assuming is 4 cloudy water)
as directed
in a couple days do a 10% water change
and continue procedure until water clears up completely

so far every time i have used this procedure it has worked

hope this helps

Is this a new tank? Most tanks will become cloudy at some point during the nitrogen cycle. Did you add alot of fish at one time? Parameters look good so it couldn't be a spike. Unless you tank is recycling for some reason. But this would only happen if you had a spike or you accidentally added untreated water. Also unlikely because your fish are fine. Did you just add new plants or a piece of driftwood? Do you have a dead fish or dead plant somewhere? These are the only things I can think of. BTW, do a water change just incase.

well animal planet makes a good water cleaner you can get it a a pet store that sells fish probly not walmart or target you put some of that in an within 1-1.5 days your water isnt cloudy or just add some more if it is still cloudy
