Clothing Help Please..? Need A LOT of Answers!?

Ok, so this year in school that ended, around May or June, I bought a lot of tee shirts. However, school ended fairy quickly after I bought the shirts, like 2-3 weeks after. Now, when I have to go back to school this September, my mom says that she can only by me like 1 or 2 new things, we're not poor but we're not rich, so yea....Will it look weird if I wear some clothes or all of the clothes that I wore the previous school year, I mean they still fit me...? and can you gys give me some websites/ stores that are sort of cheap, not too overly expensive? Thanks answer my questions please?
 
yeah its totally fine! for example, ive worn something from 7th grade in 8th grade, but im not going to wear my 7th grade stuff in 9th grade
 
No not at all just add different accessories to the outfits, pair them with belts, skinny jeans, cool jewelry, and nice shoes. Also add scarves to them. Try Forever 21. It is AMAZING.

I still wear clothes now & then from like 2 years ago.
Just be sure to get a few new shirts or whatever and mix and match.
As for shopping, try an outlet store like TJMaxx, Ross, or Marshalls. They're really cheap but have nice clothes. (as in style & quality)
Also try Forever21, Wet Seal, Delias (well, when they have sales), Charlotte Russe, Rue 21, Anchor Blue, Target, Kohls, Aeropostale, DEB, & 5-7-9. Oh, and Payless for shoes. Hope this helps!
