Closing music from Brokeback Mountain?

My sister just watched this (all teary-eyed!) and wante to know what the songs sung over the end credits were. I said I recognised the first one as being Willie Nelson's voice, but she thought the second one was Radiohead. After looking through the credits I see Willie all right, but I THINK the song she thought was RH is in fact Rufus Wainwright.
Is this correct?
Any help appreciated.
