Okay so im going to belk.
Im thinking of really just buying products for my face.
like foundation, concealer, ect., and i might get a eyeliner

What counter should i go to????
Which is the cheaper one????
Which has a better quality??

be sure to get this summers hottest trend gold eyshadow, very pink lip gloss, rossy chicks. oh MAC has a compact that has it all and its quite cheap considring all the things you get in it.
