Terms like "hoax" and "fraud" imply paranoia about something, but no one is out to get anyone.

Do you think WE want to pay the costs too, for what humans have done to the planet?

"scam" is another word thrown about. What scam? Why and how would anyone scam the entire globe about this?
no worries Mind over Chatter - most respondents here probably have a vested interest to maintain a high carbon output community. They probably work for interest groups. Politicians and businesses employ plebs to create YA profiles and spout political drivel all day.
 
Our choice is to find the truth and not take the word of liars like al gore. It isn't that we completely disagree with the fact there may be global warming, what we disagree with is it man made made. Considering there is ample proof of warming and cooling over the history of the earth, and considering that in the 12th century we know the earth was warmer than it is now or is predicted to be by the experts in this century, it makes sense to think that this is a natural thing, not man made and therefor not preventable.
Skeptics would like more proof before we say we are going to give up our rights, freedoms and turn over our money to something that may just be natural and not preventable.
