develop a grand scheme,? to pump billions of gallons of desalinated water into some of the worlds deserts.
Is it even feasible?
Which countries might be interested?
Who would pay for the construction?
 
Geoengineering schemes may end up being necessary, but I don't understand what pumping desalinated water into deserts is supposed to accomplish.
