it just shows that Hollywood have run out of ideas. Now it seems movies have become all about the reboot.
It just seems like every film that was a huge blockbuster in the last 20 years is getting remade, just lazy film making if you ask me.

Just as they rebooted Star Trek? Star Trek is a franchise with 40 years worth of history. Cliffhanger is a single movie. Comparing the two isn't exactly accurate, is it?
This is a film remake, just like all the other remakes that have been made over the years. Except, of course, that its remaking a film that was only made in the last decade.
