As a child, I wondered if everyone danced and sang when they met people, ie, the scene where Cliff and his mates are asking the girls to board the bus.

What an embarrassment to see the great Hank B. Marvin, Bruce Welch and the rest of The ShaRAB, prancing around like a bunch of Lionel Blairs. It's like those old films Elvis was forced to make. A truly awful film - although the costumes of the girls were brilliant for the time.

I caught the last hour of this yesterday. I thought it was harmless fun.

A bit cringeworthy in places, but my mam seemed to enjoy it!
