Clicking and a whistle sound coming from front wheels. 98 Honda accord lx 4cyl?

Anyone know what this could be? Breaks and rotors were just done and the noise is only in the front.
Noise is only present when the car is moving. When I break it stops
 
I agree, the CV joint likely needs to be replaced at one or both wheels. Usually a CV joint fails when the rubber boot covering gets torn or deteriorates with age, this lets the lubricant seep out and dirt to get in, causing the bearings to fail. Strange that the place that did your brakes would not notice this.
