Click "NEW" Chat, then Chat button to log into Chat but loops back to Login to Chat ?

I'm really trying to start the TEXT Messaging function, but I get the "LOG IN to CHAT" alert box, I click on the LOG IN to CHAT button, the box goes away, but I'm not logged in to the service. I have this problem on one of the 2 computers I use, but not the other one. It handles things correctly.
