Cleverest idea you've seen in a cartoon?

I don't mean the cartoon itself, I mean an idea a character had within the cartoon. One I've seen was when Hank Hill used tow trucks to tow propane trucks to his customers when the hazmat licenses expired. :proud:

On Pinky and the Brain, Brain once came up with the idea of purchasing all real estate above the 39th floor, then melting the polar ice caps and flooding the earth up to the 39th floor, thus making him the owner of all real estate, and therefore, ruler of the world. Actually, a lot of Brain's plans were funny and clever.

I liked the scene where the Gummi Bears were captured by a fake Gummi and Grammi wore a human mask to deceive the public into thinking all of the Gummis were humans. Poetic justice.:p

On the 80's TMNT series, a computer (via a magic crystal) had taken over the city, sending machines on the rampage to destroy the Turtles. The turtles, having fought their way into the building with April, fight off a horde of the robots sent to destroy them. Just when things are seeming hopeless, the computer just...stops and all the machines die down. Why?

April simply unplugged the computer.

Zapp Brannigan discovering the Killbots had a set kill limit and then sending wave after wave of his men to fight them until they couldn't kill anymore. Pretty darn clever, except for, you know, all the deaths.

Although a bit gruesome, Cartman's devious plan to cut up Scott Tenorman's parents and cook them in chili was pretty clever and had Cartman getting the last laugh. It was totally unexpected when I saw the episode for the first time.

YYH had far too many moments that I thought were very cleaver.

The first one is in the Chapter Black arch. In it, they reveal that there is a magical video that is a compilation of all of the worst deeds ever done by humans. its contents were supposed to be so horrific that simply viewing a portion of it would drive you mad. I thought this was really a really powerful concept.

Also in YYH in the same arch, there was one fight towards the end that did something no action series had really done before. Instead of allowing Sensu to power-up, Yuskai charged him attempting to deal lethal damage to him before he had the "standard pre-fight powerup". To me, that was beyond comical.
