A clear photo comes from a good photographer.



However, the airbrushing thing is a little different than "clearness." That has more to do with smoothness.

You airbrush the photo by using the color chooser to select the color, then using the airbrush to "paint" over it a a high transparency.

I usually use combinations of the airbrush, clone, and blur tools to do this.
