clear bugs on my florida garr fish?

ok i have been looking on the web for answers to what kind of bugs these are in my fish tank. They are clear flat round with little legs bugs they almost look like sting rays with out the tail but with legs...and my fish had 5 stuck on him ..They crawl very fast.. I removed what i could catch off my fish with tweezers.. It was pretty gross ... if any one knows what they are and if they are dangerous please get back with me Thanks Tracy
 
sounds like Ich maybe? or some other sort of protozoan parasite? I dont know....... If you have your fish with other fish maybe try seperating it and treating it with quick cure.......
