Look at the chart they give you in the box above is the days you count from your last period to you next expected period or next period below that you'll see numbers like 16-17-18-etc.....so what you do is if your cycle is 28 or 30day the numbers below will tell you exactly what day to start testing. Like for example my cycle is 34 day inbetween cycles. Under 35 you'll see the number 18 so 18days after the first day of my last period I will start testing. hello i am confused when to take test..cuz i used have period on 16 every month and now its ever 17 of the month..sooo please help
