So I got my wisdom teeth out last Thursday. Doing pretty good now. Started using syring to clean yesterday... But today when I squirted the water on my top teeth and spit a bunch of little brown specks came out... Dried blood I suppose.. A few came from bottom side too.... Should I be concerened? I don't want to get dry socket... But I'm starting to feel pretty healed?
