And that's just bullcrap. An Anime can be different from it's Manga base fine as long as it's not crap. What is "supposed to happen" is irrelevant.
 
My guess is that raki will try and end up protecting pricilla and clare will end up dying as a result of it. That, or he will be used as a shield and the same will happen. I do hope im wrong though.

manga have it's flaws and anime got it's flaws. but all in all, this is one of the best written story i have ever seen. so twisted and so much action and it's just great.

Very nice first ep indeed, it kinda has elements of D Gray man in it.
Clare is pretty badass and i liked how they got Raki to go along with her, hes one of those easy to like characters.

I wonder what the Lion King's history is, seeing as how at least one of the Claymore there recognized him. At this rate, he'll decimate all of them.

Edit: and oh, Raki's pretty thick for not realizing what he got himself into
 
I think this series can be fixed pretty easily, it's not like Raki being with Isley and Priscilla is that big of a deal. I am totally looking forward to a second season, but won't get my hopes up. I like the idea of focussing on another group then midway through the season hit up Clare's group again. They definately can't leave the series as is, way too many unanswered questions and we haven't even seen the Nuraber 1 and Nuraber 2 Claymores yet.

lol there are only that many famous voice actor/actoress many of the top ones play in soo many different roles with soo many different voice, you won't believe it's the same person.

you should go watch REC, it's a pretty short nice romantic anime about a voice actoress. only 9 12mintues eps so you do fininsh it in like a few hours =D

I don't think she did. Lion-King didn't demolish her body like he did to the few others he attacked. Undine got pretty messed up, so she's probably a goner, not to mention Veronica getting hacked practically into sixteenths.

I'm just antsy for Clare and Raki's reunion.
 
O.o and the polt thickens... I really liked this one not 2 much action but interesting story line it opens up nicly for the rest of the series. Can't wait for episode 12! XD
I knew that Clare was as strong as a single digit >.<
 
Hmm, this kinda sucks. I was hoping they were going to keep up the 2 episodes to one manga volume ratio. At this rate I'm betting they'll condense what I thought would have been 5 episodes into probably 3.

There's no way they would cram the rest of the backstory into only one more episode though. That would just be too horrible.
 
Yeah finally episode 14 came out, i've been waiting for it because this series rules. It was predictable that Irene would give Clare her arm, but i didn't think Rafaela would actually come after her. I think Ophelia could still have suppressed her Yoki even after using the flash sword, maybe she did that on purpose - it's not like she had anything to live for. I thought Clare's flash sword wouldn't last that long...kinda wonder why they focused on that glasses guy at the end.
