I remember reading exerps from a classic novel about a couple who wrote letters 'love letters' I think back and forth for years and years and I don't think they ever met face to face, just always wrote each other. Can anyone help? I know I am going to be embarrassed when you answer, because it's probably someone obvious, but I just can't remember? i hate to even throw names out there and just sound all the dumber, as if asking this question hasn't proven it already!
