As per the title of the thread.

Last night I went to see "The Great Escape" at my local cineworld's classic screening day.

It was great, but I had never watched it before, even on TV. :o

Any other suggestions from anyone on here?

My frienRAB always talk about how it's such a sad film, and I just nod along because it seems that you haven't lived until you've seen Titanic. :o

The Wizard Of Oz and The Sound Of Music - actually I saw about 10 mins each of both of these recently, but I don't think 10 mins counts. My mum was very shocked that I have never seen TSOM.

I haven't seen Dirty Dancing either. I really want to though because I love films with dancing in them. I must get it soon.

Stars Wars - I never want to either.

Gone With The Wind

Are James Bond films 'classic'? I've never seen any of them either.

Is West Side Story a 'classic'? Never seen it either.

Citizen Kane, Rear Window, Gone With The Wind, Dirty Dancing, Dr Strangelove, to name but a few :D

None of the above have ever appealed to me, so it's unlikely I will see them. I did see The Ghost And Mrs Muir the other day though, that was good :D
