YUou're right about the changing actors but you're wrong about the film. It's from (IMO) the best bond film "On her majestys secret service" with George (g'day mate) Lazenby.

Hmmm, would be nice to have an Englishman play bond at somepoint wouldn't it. Hasn't happened yet so i'm not holding my breath.

Can't quite get the films name but it is Anjelica Huston and is about Witches.
